Based at our headquarters in Barcelona as well as in other strategic locations around the globe, The Hotels Network team is made up of over 145 people from 35 different nationalities. To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to lead and support the marketing efforts for our upcoming product launches and existing products. In this role, you will work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and enhance brand positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Launches: Develop and coordinate the marketing aspects of go-to-market plans for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Sales Materials: Equip the sales team with the resources they need to effectively sell our products, ensuring all sales decks are continuously updated and available in multiple languages.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design team to produce compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases, landing pages, case studies, product videos, event promotions and more.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and paid media, to drive product awareness and demand.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
  • Native or fluent in English, additional European languages a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling product narratives.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, CRM, email marketing).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for technology and finding innovative solutions.
